If you wish to return an application, all you have to do is notify us of your decision. You can notify us by phone. Call us on 0509710170 or call 920008870

Please process your order number and one of our customer service center representatives will review the order details and proceed with the return process.

Return your purchases

If you wish to return your order after receipt, you must return the order within 7 days of the date of your application, by one of the following means.

Status of returned products

Return ing products must be in good condition and wrapped in their original envelope in its new condition, and we will refund your money in the same way you paid first (for example, the amount will be refunded to your credit card you used to issue the order)

Our terms of delivery of products

Products should be received directly from the address to which they were originally delivered, in accordance with the following conditions:

Agree to deliver all products you wish to return to our representative with all accessories and third-party parts if possible (packaging) included in the price
You must sign the return receipt to confirm the return. The delegate will be present to receive the products by submitting the return documents
If you cannot personally attend returning products, you can hire someone on your behalf. Your agent must be adult, distinguished and able to supervise all products when returned on your behalf, and you acknowledge that we have the right to rely on his instructions as if they were issued by you.
Your return

We will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products and return the money to your credit card account used to pay. However, please note that these products must be returned as specified in the return policy. Other than the return policy, we will not refund any fees you paid for delivery and installation if you request that the delivered products be returned to the specified address. If we agree to refund your money, we will not be responsible for returning the money to your bank. The date of refund to your credit card may vary depending on your bank. (This may take from 1 working day (1) to (4) weeks))
