Cancel the order for any of the following reasons:
– Refusing or not accepting payment by the customer (credit card must be verified).
– If the user’s given delivery address is wrong, the contact information is wrong or the customer is unable to access
– The customer does not attend or delay the receipt of the application for more than 14 days to receive his order paid by the website of the service “Receipt from the exhibition or warehouse”
– In case there is a problem with the same goods or if the goods are not available or sold in the exhibition and the ability to provide them to the customer.
The customer has the right to cancel the application for any reason he sees in accordance with the following conditions:
– Cancellation is free if the cancellation process before the order reaches the packaging and shipping stage within 3 days.
– If the cancellation process after the application reaches the packaging stage, a cancellation fee will be charged to the customer.
